Drinking nicely right now. Smooth, almost silky texture, good body, lots of fruit. Blended well with guava-glazed baby back ribs.

Dec 11th, 2017Nice forward relatively complex fruit. Transitions flow nicely in your mouth. As it sits on your tongue it develops. We drank the 2011 in July 2017 and I do not think it is at peak. But a fellow wine drinker tonight has had bottles from this case over the last few months and experienced variability so buy a few drink a few

A slightly meaty nose with lots of blackberries. Quite savoury in the mouth with a silky mouthfeel. Slightly low acidity, but drinking very well now.
