Easy up front with a lingering acidity. Almost silky but not quite... a little angrier. Rates high on the drinkability scale regardless. Blueberry flavors after 10 seconds. Would enjoy with something sweet... I want sweet/sour pork. Maybe charcuterie. Maybe figs.
