Remarkable red that works like a very big white. Rosé-ish but without the typical annoying (for me) rosé gaps; instead a full red wine in its way, but served cool and with a full, light/ aromatic flavor profile. Great food wine - had with massively flavorful squid ink pasta/ seafood dish, perfect match.
