Lots of mineralogy and bitterness with a steely complexity that is complex and weird. Not familiar with this style, but enjoyable.

Cat pee on the nose, or maybe just a whiff of urine. Saline and sweaty. It's a bit cacophonous on the palate, with good tingly acidity and melon fruit, with a bit of tropical notes. Barrely malolactic on the finish with some butterscotch. Strange but not bad. A hint of smoke on the finish.
