Pale lemon. Subtle notes of lime, chalk, almond slivers, and a bit of cream. Yellow apple, chalk, a bit of creaminess, high acidity on the palate. The bubbles are there and pick across the tongue and the roof of the mouth. There's a little bit of sweetness that makes it so the acidity is not unpleasant.

Easy drinking. Cool pet nat.
