medium ruby, tawny rim; dried cherries, dried flowers, tobacco, old leather, vanilla; dried red fruit, a bit if heat; medium body, medium+ acidity, fine tannins, 14% ABV; blend of 84% Tempranillo, 13% Graciano, and 3% Mazuelo

Very bold at the start but gets quite smooth and has great fruit on the palate.

Somewhat shy... Needs time and/or air. Pretty neutral on the oak, a good food wine, fresh and tart, some apparent minerality.
