Supple, fruit-forward, enjoyable Crianza (Tempranillo/Graciano/Mazuelo 90/5/5), aged 18 months in American oak. MLF.
Dark cherry red, ruby rim.
Sweet nose of vanilla, caramelized strawberry, cherry jam, blue fig, cocoa powder.
Ideally rounded & polished medium-plus bodied palate, perfectly integrated acidity and gentle tannins. Harmonious. Almost absolute cherry dominance, some sun-dried tomatoes, plum, coriander.
Wild cherry with hint of ashberry on medium length finish.
Versatile in terms of pairings.
