Next up with chef Normans snapper in citrus sauce.....
I wish this wasn't my last bottle if this, could easily go another few years and maybe much much longer, great balance of fruit and acid, good entry, middle and finish. The fruit is not sweet, more raspberry than cherry and the finish is not heavy.
