This is the Blanc. A blend of Roussanne, Viognier and Clairette (40/40/20). Low cropped, hand harvested and biodynamic. No chemicals are used and low yields are the norm. Lovely aromatics. Acid cut. #southernrhone 146 weeks later on 5th May 2018. Notes as previous. Developing a palate of old apples. Quite refreshing but no need to cellar further.
