The nose is big and intoxicating. Earthy, foresty wood notes with something herbaceous and savory like mint or dill. Fuller body for the region. Silky mouthfeel with black fruit and a long finish and fine tannins. We didn't opt for the bottle, but decided to split a glass for our tasting. Really outstanding stuff.
