Bright, snappy, and crunchy red perfect for holiday food. Cherries, strawberries, lavender, black pepper aromas and flavors, high acid and low tannins. Effortless to drink and just super fun. A hit with the family.

What this lacked in complexity, it mostly made up for with dramatic acidity and cut. The character is subtle, and lies in the red fruit and forest floor camp. The palate feels fresher than the nose, which hints at oxidation. There's a bit of VA, but mostly this is just great acidity by way of super low pH. 🍒⚡
