Yuho Rhythm of the Centuries Junmai Yama-oroshi Sake
Floral and citrusy. Cheese rind and sea salt on the mid palate and the finish. Aged beautifully after three years. The characters on the label mean happy husk 😊.

This sake made me think "I really need to have more sake in my life". Wonderful richness: sautéed mushrooms, with a touch of white flowers, white pepper, and vanilla. I loved the richness of the mouthfeel, without the heaviness. Truly intriguing!
