Lemon zest along with flowery notes and an herbal thing on the nose too. A little bit muted... The palate is showing a very strong acid backbone, some zesty, lemony notes all along, and very strong grip, before a long and fresh finish with a blossoming bitter note that could leave a similar note than what a (gin and) tonic could leave. We had it first along with roasted mackerel in the oven and it worked well. By itself it's a bit rough around the edges for my taste.
