What a singular experience this bottle was. Thoroughly purple in color but incredibly light and bright, exploding out of the glass with rich aromas of grapefruit, clay and Provençal herbs, and doing backflips on the palate by means of a truly unique and tangy acidity. It almost effervesces, leaving behind a huge bouquet of red grapefruit, grapefruit pith, garrigue, earth, mushrooms, minerals and dried flowers. It's a bit all over the place, but it's incredibly eager to impress and unlike anything else you've tasted. So much to think about and enjoy in this bottle.
