We had this one at End Dive restaurant in Victoria, BC. This is a winner. A varietal that I normally associate with precise, medium-bodied, simple patio wine is very different here... As a pét-nat this is fuzzy and fun... Lighter colored, and a great accompaniment to our salmon belly dinner.
