Moutere Pinot Noir

Reminiscent of an old world #pinotnoir there’s a bitterness on the pallet like a black tea bag. Red fruit and potpourri on the nose. Very good. #newzealand

Nice and light. Pairs well with fish or chicken.

Lovely Pinot, showing tension and restraint. Delicate red berry fruits, as well as some savoury elements and a hint of oak sweetness. elegant tannin structure and balanced acidity that really holds the wine together. Excellent wine which will undoubtedly improve with age.
