Sunlight, acidity& maturity; viscous, sapid, metallic, smoked. Oxygen gives life.

An intense nose of polished apple fruit, cooking apple skin and nail polish (in a good way) and apple concentrate along with ginger snap and curry leaf. In the mouth this has a super drying mid palate with a very mineral character along with smoky honey, peach skin and a great spicy, slightly curried spice finish

Clean for Joly, but still tastes natural - 2005 vintage

Vinification à l’ancienne avec beaucoup de maturité voire trop donc bcp d’alcool ( 15% pour un Loire ! )à mon goût actuel mais reste très jeune pour le millésime et beaucoup de complexité

Right as rain except for the TCA. Too bad. A much better example than '07.

2005 vintage. Showing very primary for Coulée de Serrant, and a touch lacking in acid, but delicious for a cheese course nonetheless. #screwratings
