Thank you @Lee Lightfoot this was off the hook. You really need to 'get' this wine to like it but Man I really like it. We decanted for an hour and it was still huge. Dark dark yellow / nearly orange in color. Turpentine on the Rose with reduced mandarin orange on the nose. This wine will last forever. As I'm writing this note (2 days later) I can literally taste it again in my mouth. Very memorable

Such an intriguing geeky wine! So full bodied it throws everything at you but finishes very clean and refreshing. Dark gold color oxidized notes on nose, pear honey mineral Chenin Loire feels weighty and the 14.5% alc is quite noticable.
