At the nexus of melted snow and liquid gold. Great sweet citrus and stone fruit, some rustic hay aromatics, and just the right amount of acid to carry along the sugar hidden in there. I had to deal with the ferry building and a small bout of minor food poisoning to have this, but I dare say it was worth it.

The 13 has light petroleum on the nose. Lemon custard with peel, juicy tangerine, ripe kiwi, ripe pineapple, lime, strong lees contact, nice acidity and chalky finish.

A wonderful value, fantastic richness & acidity to offset the underlying sweetness. Much like a great Reisling in the great depth & balance shown for a white wine.
