Well balanced white to enjoy with sushi (hence the name) - picked this up in a fish market and paired rather well with the fresh tuna. Just enough sweetness at the end to finish with a flourish...Japanese vinter in Spain to produce this, so it’s technically perfect and also has just enough soul to really bring out a good meal paring. Also great as a stand-alone sipper!
