Awesome Cab dark rich, earth very nicely Intergrated dark yet velvety

Pungent aroma and then flavors of blackberries, with chocolate, orange and touch of smoke. The finish is mildly acidic and very long. 76% Cabernet Sauvignon 6% Malbec 5% merlot 4% petit Verdot 3% Cabernet franc 3% carmenere 3% st macaire

Nose is smoke/must, getting no fruit. Palate is strawberry, rasberry (?), smoke. Representative of Howell terroir... just feel something is missing here. Markedly better at hour 3, menthol on the nose and more fruit on the palate.

Decanted for an hour plus. Rich, fruit forward. Luscious.

Good but will be pretty awesome in couple of years.

Will get better and better. But drinking well now!
