Great fruit driven nose. Wine very closed down on the mid palate with weak ending. As I always love their work, wine just going through growing pains

Papapietro Perry's 2012 Charles Vinyard Pinot Noir's spicy nose lingers in anticipation of a fresh red berry front mouth explosion of strawberry, raspberry that mellows blueberry pairs well with Lee, Laura, & Gus' (owners and chef at SoundSide of Morehead City, NC) fresh, local lump crabmeat, fresh local organic spinach leaves and sautéed snowpeas ...
