A nice on-the-bridge style. Racy and fresh with the mid-palette weight to balance. Spice and quince. Beckons for fish.

Oct 12th, 2016One of my favorites. Medium body with hints of fruit, peaches, blackberries and some grapefruit. Starts out a bit tart with a sweet finish. High acidity with low tannins. Lots of flavor. Would pair well with goat cheese, pork and a more robust fish.

Grapefruit, flowers, and a little melon with a hint of spice. Noticeable stony minerality with a nice acidity. Good with salmon and arugula salad.
