On the nose I was picking up that this wine may be corked. Got a hint of almost new portapotty then followed by apples. On the palate I didn't get those corked notes but instead I just got lemon, tart apples, peach followed by some floral and mineral notes.

Floral on the nose, Apricot undertones, not overly dry or sweet like a typical Sauv B. Excellent pairing with the Crudo Sampler. Hands down, all in, my favorite meal in SF!!
