Pale lemon, lemon juice, lean and crisp, salty savory on the nose too. Very broad shouldered textural and phenolic on the palate.

Aug 13th, 2022Stainless steel fermented and aged for four months in neutral oak. Citrus lime more almond skins slightly oxidative (much more so than Ryme Hers). Savory and green herbs on the palate. Elevated acidity, medium finishes on the minerality. Sandstone soils.
