A 100% Sauv Blanc from the East side of the vineyard by the Dry Creek AVA, Sonoma, CA. Crazy crispy. Aromatic, fresh, very steely, lime zest, green apple, grapefruit and a hint of melon at the end. Light body and uplifting finish.
