First time trying this wine. It was a nice change of pace. The Shiraz definitely peps up and provides an edge to the Cabernet. They call it a wine of the world mixing CA Cab with the Australian Shiraz. It was a bit much on first pour and needed about 30-40 minutes to mellow. After that it was a full palate experience and nice and lengthy.
