A straightforward Prosecco made in the Charmat method from the Treviso province. Piccini's Vino Spumante Extra Dry is bright and lively with notes of freshly cut yellow apples and cheery meadow flowers. On the palate, fine bubbles and a dash of citrus race across a lovely acid spine. It's very pleasant and very quaffable. A fine, but not perfect pairing with a Sunday brunch of Quiche au Fromage and salad topped with cut apples, raspberries, pecans and raspberry vinaigrette. Sample | 11.0% ABV

Dry yet balanced enough to be an easy drinker. Medium acid, orange blossom and grapefruit on the nose and palate. Pairs well with fish or similar light and fatty food.

A gifted bottle usually fills me with fear but this was everything you'd hope for and nothing more than you'd expect if I had a 2nd I'd have drunk that too!

Light chrysanthemum color with bright apple and tropical citrus on the nose. Fruity with sweetness of red apple followed by fresh sour & bitter taste of grapefruit as well as lively bubbles on the palate. Very refreshing & very nice sparkling wine at under Bt800.
