Solid straw color. On the nose buttery minerality, stone fruit, lemon lime, and wet stone. It tastes vibrant on the palate and slightly cooked fruit. You get a good amount of lime initially, which fades to apples and finishes with minerals. Medium acidity that is refreshing and easy to drink.
