Wasn't thrilled at first with this one but after a couple of hours it drank very nicely!!! Let it breathe!!!

Delicious with pork tenderloin. Strangely enough, I thought it tasted even better with dessert (Boston Creme Pie). Only reason it's not a 9 or above is because it tasted a bit young and aggressive...I bet it would be stellar after 5-10 years.
