I purchased this bottle in 2008 while working and Toronto and joy traveling in Niagara! Nice take on one of their first attempts at solid Franc. It’s aged nicely with softened tannins and subdued fruits. Aniseed and ripe fruit drive the nose through a softer matured flavor profile.
