Rounder and sweeter than expected. Lots of peach. Stone fruit. With some lychee that gives juiciness but also some acidity that gives off some rice vinegar notes which would work well with sushi fo sho. Also getting some underripe lime/zest.

Simple, honest, semi-sweet but has some nice citrusy acidity as well. Good availability and value for money.
