The 2012 Vin dei Molini Rosato IGT~ A unique and complete dry & zesty wine; the only "Rothberger" (cross of Shiava & Riesling) in Italy. A delightfully tangy mouthfeel reveals oodles of refreshing, crushed red berries.

A hidden little treasure from our great (and adventuresome buds) @ Pojeri and Sandri.

What a great wine. this Traminer carried traditional floral notes but also great weighty structure. Each the nose and palate expressed themselves well.

Vin dei Molini Pojer e Sandri is a Rosato from a selection of Schiava (Rotbergher) produced in Faedo (Trento/Italy). A fresh dilightful wine suited for summer dishes with a faint whiff of mountain flowers
