Was great paired with sashimi. Smooth, delicate, balanced structure, fruity minerality, medium tannins. Not as smooth and developed as I would’ve expected for a wine that was recommended to be cellared for 5-15 years. Overall was a nice drop but not fully to my liking.

Could not beat tasting these wines with the very talented Anna Pooley. Can't wait to see what the future holds for this lovely winemaker and her family. Truly a gem in Tasmania.
