Really yummy after about an hour open...forest floor type dealio...rosemary and berry fruit, bit of dark chocolate...drink it now folks!!! Tasty but heading downhill at this point so never gonna be better than tonight!!!

This was in a beautiful spot. Even if the structure was a bit dense and jammy, some people tertiary flavors have developed, and there's plenty of acid to balance. Like figs and coffee.
