So that was amazing. Deep golden color, beautifully balanced, off-dry with classic honeyed Chenin notes. Couldn't really ask for anything more.

Ripe pear, honey and apple. Sweet and tart. Endless finish. Best Loire dessert wine on earth.
Another birthday wine.

Still light yellow.
Haunting aromas of pear, green apple and honey.
Bright and tart on the very long finish.
Chenin rules once again.
