Needed about 90 minutes to start to mature and open. It was humming after 2 hours… Even in exceptional Cabernets I find there to be a sharpness or edge. Absolutely no rough parts here. Smoothest wine I can remember. Velvety, lingering and punchy. So balanced with immediacy and fruit but rounded and a memorable finish. Great on the nose. An exceptional and special wine!
