Three cheers for layered texture

Fresh with some funk. Unique. It has a bite that is almost effervescent. Zinger of Sauvignon Blanc that almost tastes like ginger.

5 barrels made. Vines planted by his grandmother. Denser, richer sauvignon. Great.

Usually not a fan of Sauvignon but this lacks the herbaceous qualities I find cat urinesque. This is like an edible arrangement of orange, meyer lemon, passion fruit,apples & pineapple. Nice tang and acid too. Lives up to its legend status!

Ce OK, fruitful flavor

Medium body, mineral, light buttery taste. A favourite for sauvignon
