2015v. Pleasant nose of blackberries, black plum, and Earl grey tea. But things go south from here. That fruit also appears early on the tongue, followed by a dry finish. A good shot of acid with minimal tannins. Overall, there's nothing unpalatable about this wine but it is pretty 2D and a little watery. This is the second wine by Quimay that I've tried and I find them very unimpressive (the pinot was horrible), despite the decent ratings from the big mags and Vivino. 14% ABV.
