Still paired well with spicy Asian food.

Loved this. Paired really well with spicy Moroccan chicken thighs.

I used my txakoli pour spout on this still which aerated the wine and made it more effervescent. Drank like a Basque txakoli at that point. Profile is similar but more tropical. Not very complex but perfect aperitif on a hot summer day! Acidity has dayz!!!
