Creamy and rich with bright acidity. Structured and fuller bodied. Oak kind of takes the lead though.

This Encruzado has a nice round body to it and solid minerality as well, but falls a little flat for me on the mid palate to the finish. There's just enough oak nuance yet perhaps a year of age could create a little more richness. Overall very tasty and a good food wine 👍
