Marta has been described as my canteen. It is a bit of a go to. The pizzas are superb. We drank this Pinot from Raen, which was lively, energetic and elegant.

Bouquet is red fruit dominant with raspberry,bing cherries and some honey suckle flower. Herbal aroma, basil, eucalyptus. Palette is earthy & vegetal. Notes of slate with seaside saline finish. Good clarity and acid. Neutral oak, smooth tannins.

Smashed wild strawberries, black cherry, Rose petals, wet earth & exotic spices. Bright acidity. Long finish, with flavors of red and dark berries with crushed stone.

Thanksgiving wine. Couldn't resist diving straight into the allocation I just received. Probably could have used more time but very good. Remains to be seen if it's as good as the previous effort... #sonomaproud #napastrong
