Raptor Ridge
Coopers Hawk Barrel Select Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Immediately tasted plum and other dark berries. This was very easy to drink as it was rich but subtle and fresh. I will have this again

Mar 1st, 2019A pleasant surprise. This was really nice on PnP, well balanced, nice acidity and mouthfeel. One of the better entry level pinots I’ve had in a while.

Jan 6th, 2019Very good. Red fruits with a mushroom earthiness on the back end.

Dec 5th, 2018Completely out of balance. Alcohol overpowers on both the nose and the palate, with very little other character. Even after a full 24 hours open, it still didn’t improve. Very odd for Raptor Ridge, from whom I’ve had excellent bottles in the past.

So very good with spicy Thai food. Balanced, the right amount of fruit. Lovely.
