NV Ravia Pálava, Morava, #Czech Repiblic. My first Czech wine! The grape Pálava is a cross of Gewürztraminer and Muller Thurgau and this shows some qualities of both. Slightly floral aromas with ripe pear, honeydew melon and a faint ginged spice. Soft and dry finish with mineral notes; medium-bodied.
