Bright ruby, garnet tone, low concentration/staining (looks exactly the same as Regnie that I’m also drinking tonight lol) American new oak on the nose, 🌿 herbs: fennel, rosemary, licorice, anise. Dark plum and black cherries. SMOKE, GAME, AND LEATHER. High minerality: crushed rocks, as well as organic earth: forest floor and mushrooms 🍄. High acidity, soft sweet medium minus tannins, medium plus to long finish, and medium plus to high body/alcohol.
