Wow. Amazing. Aromatics that completely filled the glass and beyond. The tannins that TRB spoke of in his tasting note seem to have integrated very well, as this was like liquid silk. Sad it's my only one.

Very nice. Black cherry, ginger, and a hint of sassafras. Plenty of acidity to pair nicely with lots of gorgeous heirloom tomatoes.
