Summa Old Vines Pinot Noir

Virtual WBers tasting: P’N'P. Open aromatics out of the gate. Some definite sweet and sour red fruits, perhaps raspberry. There's a slight high tone sweet note on the nose. The aromatics just pour out of the glass within 1.5 hrs. The wine enters with a lovely, even, and somewhat elegant texture. All this and the fruit is still somewhat primary flavors without a lot of tertiary notes. Red fruited, sour cherry meets raspberry flavors. The mid palate is full and carries through to a long lingering finish. You would not mistake this for anything but what it is. The Sonoma coast is smiling.

Incredible notes of pomegranate blood orange and earth. In a great spot.

Burgundy comes to CA. Sweet fruit, structure and acid, all beautifully balanced. Last one, shame, it will go on for awhile
