I’ve never had anything quite like this! Tart red fruit, some lightly floral tea notes, salinity and it kinda tastes and feels like sand the way Frank Cornellisen’s wines taste and feel like volcanic rocks. Pretty and fun and ultimately a brain teaser! Very impressed with Utah state treat.

Drinking in providence and this couldn't taste more like New England. Cranberry and caramelized apricot, perfect to get stoned with.

Bubbly! Had at the Zev Rovine tasting in July at the Broome Hotel. Three months later, still holds a wonderful mouthfeel; complete with a youthful freshness and minerality we hoped for.
