A clear wine with medium intensity, lemon colour
It is clean on the nose with pronounced intensity. The wine has a strong aromatic caractoristics of passion fruit, tropical fruits, citrus and green apples.
On the palat the wine is dry with high acidity and light body. Flavors is stone fruit, peach, passion fruit with a long finish. The quality is very good.
A wonderfull apertif in the summer afternoon or to high acidity food.

Hints of goosberry, leafs of black-currant bushes and (cat pee :-)). Very much a typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc! Like it!

Solid. Will drink more this summer. Killer pairing with green salads (especially with fennel and green apples).
