Beautiful rich cherry crimson colour with noticeable yet gentle tannins. My nose isn't sophisticated enough to be able to say "berry aromas" although there is a distinct non fruit thing going on! Is it the oak? I don't know ... It's almost stone. It's fresh - I imagine it would be great after a few years of cellaring. Will revert with tales of decanting
